This fall, I worked with a group of fantastic students following Dr. Vivian Rehberg's Critical Studies course at Parsons Paris. Meeting at the Bibliotheque Kandinsky, we researched the history and content of 20th century and contemporary art magazines such as Artforum, Artnexus, Beaux Arts, Frieze, and Turps Banana. Readings included Sarah Thornton's Artforum chapter from Seven Days in the Art World, and my interview with Cyprien Gaillard for UOVO magazine.
